Hey folks,
For existing users trying to upgrade, you’ll find that the upgrade page complains that it “cannot be called directly”. The explanation and solution to this problem is found here:

I finally got around to doing the upgrade. Now All I get is a blank page. I can’t even get a login page to load and all of my forms are down. Please help.
